On May 26th, 2024, the Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of Lourdes Council 11809, held a special ceremony to recognize outstanding community members. Four individuals were honored for their dedication and service:
Cary King: Awarded Knight of the Month for his consistent contributions to the Council’s activities as PR Chair and his embodiment of the Knights’ principles of charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism.
Deacon Jim and Jan Brett: Recognized as Family of the Month for their unwavering support to the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish and commitment to living out their faith through service and kindness.
Fr. Bill Fournier: Bestowed the prestigious Knight of the Year title for his exemplary leadership and tireless dedication to the Council, Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, and the wider community. Fr. Bill’s unwavering commitment to the Church and his embodiment of the Knights’ values have significantly impacted the lives of many.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Cary King, Deacon Jim and Jan Brett, and Fr. Bill Fournier on their well-deserved recognition. We are deeply grateful for their selfless service and dedication to our community.
