KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS ANNOUNCES SEVEN PALLETS OF BOTTLED WATER AND $800.00 DONATED FOR THE HYDRATING THE HOMELESS EVENT
Sun City West, Arizona, June 22, 2022 — Knights of Columbus Council 11809 in Sun City West donated seven pallets of bottled water and $800.00 to Valley View Community Food Bank for the Hydrating the Homeless Event.
According to event chair Joe Kowalkowski, the fundraiser was a huge success. Our water bottle donations to Valley View during the summer bring relief to the homeless when the temperatures in Phoenix are so extreme.
Valley View estimates that this donation meets about 40% of their summer drinking water supply.
