Knights of Columbus Council 11809 Makes a Splash with Successful Water Drive!
The Arizona summer heat can be brutal, and staying hydrated is crucial. That’s why the Knights of Columbus Council 11809 in Sun City West stepped up to make a difference!
On June 13th, 2024, they hosted a water drive, and the community responded in a big way. They collected an impressive 16,000 bottles of water, ensuring that those in need will have access to this vital resource. But that’s not all! The Knights of Columbus also received over $1,400 in cash donations.
These donations will go a long way in supporting the Knights’ mission of helping others. The water and cash donations collected will be distributed to the Valley View Community Food Bank to serve those in need.
Thank you to the parishioners at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Sun City West, brothers and sisters of the Knights of Columbus Council 11809, and everyone who donated to the water drive!
