This summer, the Knights of Columbus Council 11809 organized a water drive that exceeded all expectations. We collected an astounding 10,650 pounds of water, providing much-needed hydration for those in need. In addition to the water donations, we also raised $1,095 in monetary contributions, which will undoubtedly go a long way in supporting the Valley View Community Food Bank’s vital mission.
This summer, our water drive addresses the immediate need for hydration during the intense Arizona summers. The Valley View Community Food Bank plays a crucial role in assisting individuals and families facing food insecurity, and our collective efforts will directly impact the local community’s well-being.
The Our Lady of Lourdes, Knights of Columbus Council 11809, thank the many volunteers and parishioners for their outstanding contributions. With God’s grace, your dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of others is truly commendable, and it sets a great example for all of us.
Vivat Jesus!
